Acta Scientiarum Naturalium Universitatis Pekinensis    2020, 56 (6): 1165-1168.   DOI: 10.13209/j.0479-8023.2020.101

The authors define and evaluate the continuity distribution in memory mapping of some typical benchmark programs, and verifiy the existence of multiple types of continuity (mixed continuity) in memory mapping of programs. Furthermore, some technologies using continuity of memory mapping to improve translation coverage of TLB are evaluated. It is found that the existence of mixed continuity limits the actual effect of existing technologies in real scenes.

Acta Scientiarum Naturalium Universitatis Pekinensis    2020, 56 (5): 875-883.   DOI: 10.13209/j.0479-8023.2020.054

Taking Shenzhen subway as an example, we use Baidu Heat Map to construct a system to evaluate vitality of station service area through heat average and heat coefficient of variation. Station service area, which accounts for 15% of Shenzhen municipal area, has 38%~50% of the city population from 7:00 to 23:00, less population gather at night and more during daytime. The 166 service areas can be classified into four groups: lowbalance mature areas, low-balance developing areas, high-balance mature areas and high-balance developing areas. Their vitality characteristics are quite relevant to built environment. Mature areas have higher development density. High-balance areas have higher land use mixture. Station service areas with large-scale urban village are more likely to show high-balance. The evaluation can be beneficial to adopting available strategies for different types of station service area, and shed light on trancit oriented development (TOD) planning and design.

Abstract700)      PDF(pc) (494KB)(499)       Save
The authors focus on how to segment semantic units in Chinese discourse and how to label relations among semantic units automatically. During the parsing process, several sequence labelling methods are compared for discourse segmentation, while a maximum entropy-based training and decoding algorithm is specially proposed. Experiments are done based on Tsinghua Chinese Treebank, which is annotated with logical and semantic relations at complex-sentence level. Experimental results show that F-score of discourse segmentation reaches 89.1%. When parsing discourses with no more than 6 relations included, the labeling F-score can achieve 63%.

Single hydrogen-doped endohedral fullerene H@C60 and exohedral fullerene cation HC60+ are investigated via semiempirical and first principles calculations. The most stable configuration of H@C60 corresponds to the H atom on the center of the C60 cage, a result consistent with the recent Bingel transformation experiments. The geometry of HC60+ is quite similar to its neutral species. Its electronic structure is characterized by a strong localization of the LUMO on the dopant H site and a half-reduced HOMO-LUMO energy gap relative to that of C60.The agreement between the calculated and observed electronic spectra of HC60+ confirms its oxidation state in solution.

Study on Competition Reaction and Replacement Reaction of Metallothioneins with Lead Ion

Abstract785)            Save
Two isoforms metallothioneins: Zn7MT-Ⅰ and Zn7MT-Ⅱ were prepared from the rabbit liver induced by zinc after isolation and purification. They were demetalled in acidic condition, then applied Sephadex G-25 to gain apoMTs free of metals. In a similar way, Zn2Cd5MT-Ⅰ and Zn2Cd5MT-Ⅱ were prepared from the rabbit liver induced by cadmium. By using Circular Dichroism (CD) spectroscopy method and Ultraviolet (UV) absorption spectrophotometry, competition reaction and replacement reaction of metallothioneins with lead ion were investigated. Competition reaction shows that ZnPbMT-Ⅰ is formed while lead ion and zinc ion bind competitively to apoMT-Ⅰ;however, apoMT-Ⅱ's metal binding sites are all took up by lead ion, which means apoMT-Ⅱ is more sensitive to lead ion than apoMT-Ⅰ. Replacement reaction shows that lead ion can't replace zinc ion either in Zn7MT-Ⅰ or in Zn7MT-Ⅱ; on the contrary, lead ion can replace zinc ion both in Zn2Cd5MT-Ⅰ and in Zn2Cd5MT-Ⅱ;moreover, these two isoforms Zn2Cd5MTs display differences in replacement reaction. It suggests Zn2Cd5MT-Ⅱ may detoxify lead effectively.
